Co-build with Corteus

You own the market advantage. We become the technical founding team.

You bring firsthand domain knowledge, customer access, committed capital, and a full-time operator. Corteus pressure-tests the opportunity and builds the product and technical operation.

Share the opportunity

Inside an existing business

An internal workflow is an origin, not a separate service line.

An established company can bring the market advantage: operating data, domain knowledge, design partners, and distribution. We pursue it only when the opportunity can support a product and an accountable operating company—not when the request is simply a list of automations.

The same qualification still applies: a reachable buyer, committed capital, a full-time operator, and evidence that AI changes the product economics or capability.

What qualifies

An idea is a starting point. Access is the asset.

01

Domain access

Firsthand knowledge, trusted relationships, and a defensible view of the problem.

02

Customer path

People we can interview, design partners we can recruit, or distribution already controlled.

03

Capital readiness

Committed capital or a credible path to fund validation, build, and initial operation.

04

Operating owner

A full-time person prepared to lead customers, decisions, fundraising, and the company.

05

AI-native advantage

AI changes the product economics or capability materially; it is not a decorative feature.

Zero to one, gated

We do not confuse shipping quickly with learning quickly.

01

Pressure-test

We turn the thesis into explicit assumptions about the buyer, problem, distribution, economics, data, and technical risk.

02

Validate

We run the smallest credible market and technical experiments before committing to a full product.

03

Form and build

Once the evidence holds, we agree economics and decision rights, form the company, and build the production path.

04

Launch and operate

The operator owns market execution. Corteus carries the technical system until the company can recruit and support its own team.

Economics

The structure follows the evidence and the contribution.

Corteus does not publish an arbitrary equity range. The structure must reflect capital, validation evidence, IP, time commitment, decision rights, and who carries the company after launch.

Hard boundary

No free build for an unvalidated idea.

Equity aligns real partners. It does not make missing customers, capital, or business ownership disappear.

We look for firsthand domain knowledge, customer access, a full-time operator, and committed capital or a credible funding path—not an idea in isolation.
