Corteus works with a full-time operator who understands a market, can reach customers, and has committed capital or a credible funding path, but still needs the technical founding capability to build the company.
The operating model is AI-augmented and evidence-led: written specifications, deterministic control, bounded model judgment, explicit approvals, and auditable state. The point is not to maximize the number of agents. It is to let a small senior operation carry more responsibility without hiding risk.
